You will receive a Library Card and Photocopy Card on your first day of classes. You will then have access to the photocopier in the WLRC. You will also be given a user name and password to be able to use the computers in the Witer Learning Resource Centre (WLRC). You have wireless access throughout the building.
To print, use the printer located in the WLRC. You have been provided with a $20.00 printing account. The cost per page is 10 cents. WLRC staff can help you use the printer, if needed.
IOBP students may borrow an unlimited number of books for a two-week period. This does not include reserve, reference or controlled access materials.
You can recall a library item that has been checked out (or on-loan):
You will receive an email notice when the item has been returned. Recalls take up to ten days to reach the Witer/Optometry circulation desk.
You can request item delivery to the WLRC from the University of Guelph, Wilfrid Laurier University, and the Annex:
You will receive an email notice when the item has been shipped from its location - the item will then take aprroximately one to three business days before it reaches the Witer/Optometry circulation desk.
Note: You cannot request a journal article to be delivered to the WLRC that is in the Witer/Optometry collection. You are responsible for retrieving and photocopying any journal articles that are held in the WLRC:
You will receive an email notice when the article has been shipped from its location - it will then take approximately one to three business days before the article is delivered to your campus mailbox.

Your WatCard/library card can be used at any of the TUG libraries to borrow books in person: How to get to Guelph or Laurier libraries.
If possible, please return your WLRC library items to our book bin or circulation desk. You also have the option of returning your items to the other locations.
