About the WLRC

Our mission statement

The Witer Learning Resource Centre (WLRC) supports teaching, research and learning at the University of Waterloo, School of Optometry. the WLRC serves the only English-language optometry school in Canada, and one of the largest vision science graduate programs in North America. The WLRC collection and services support research and clinical faculty, Optometry Doctoral (OD), Vision Science Graduate and International Optometric Bridging Program (IOBP) students. In addition, the WLRC provides alumni of the OD and IOBP programs as well as CAO members with evidence-based resources that support clinical decision making.

Location

The WLRC is located on the second floor of the Optometry building in room 2101. The Optometry building is located at the north end of the University of Waterloo campus, at the intersection of Columbia Street and Hagey Boulevard.
