Dr. John Flanagan Honoured with the 2011 Institute of Medical Science Mel Silverman Mentorship Award
The Mel Silverman Mentorship Award is presented to an Institute of Medical Science(IMS) graduate faculty member who has served as an outstanding mentor and role model for graduate students, and who has contributed in a significant way to the IMS graduate program. All candidates for this award are nominated by IMS graduate students. The University of Toronto, Faculty of Medicine IMS Scientific Day will be held Wednesday, May 4, 201 in the U of T Medical Science Building where Mel Silverman will be presenting the award personally to Dr. Flanagan.
