Welcome to the Museum of Vision Science, Canada's only museum dedicated to preserving the history of vision science. Our mission is to preserve the history of vision science in Canada and educate visitors of all ages on the importance of vision.
You may also want to take a moment to learn more about our founding curator, Dr. Edward J. Fisher, without whom our unique collection would not exist.
Thank you for your support.
The Museum is housed in the School of Optometry and Vision Science at the University of Waterloo, Ontario, Canada.
Directions to the School of Optometry.
The Museum is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. There is no admission to visit the collection, but donations are always welcome.
