Optical Services

The Optical Services area of the School of Optometry is open to the public. Optical Services' services include new frame selections, filling of prescriptions for new eyewear, adjustments and repairs to current spectacles, dispensing of sunglasses, sports vision appliances such as swim goggles and racquet ball glasses, and non Rx sunglasses. The dispensary has a wide selection of frames and the staff of the area continually update the students on the lenses available so as to be on the leading edge of ophthalmic technology. All students work under the supervision of certified opticians.

Optical Services is available to members of the public and the University community who have had their eyes examined at the School or elsewhere.

Appointments for Optical Services are not required.

Optical services are provided on a first come, first served basis.
